Dagmar M\u00fcller-Funk studied business administration at the Free University of Berlin from 1979 to 1984 and graduated with a degree in business administration, specializing in social economics, labour law and personnel and organization. She then worked in hardware and software sales for twelve years – and was thus active in two classic male domains: sales and IT. She was already committed to female empowerment back then. <\/p>\n\n
From 1997 onwards, she and her partner consciously devoted themselves to their family and three children. Her business studies formed the basis for organizing the family well on one salary. Nevertheless, she remained active as a volunteer: as a board member of a mothers’ center, in the reconstruction of a school library and in the work of the parents’ council. <\/p>\n\n
She has been working again since 2007: in management and personnel consulting, office management and as an independent business coach specializing in job application and executive coaching. She currently works part-time as a personnel planner in a large healthcare group. <\/p>\n\n
Dagmar M\u00fcller-Funk has been a member of the Humanists Hesse since 2010 and has been active as Vice President since 2019. She is a celebratory speaker and lecturer for Humanist Life Studies. <\/p>\n\n
Her priorities include female empowerment, the extensive decriminalization of \u00a7218, access to education for all children – especially migrant girls, the introduction of the offence of “femicide” in the penal code, better protection for women and trans people in public and private spaces and more sustainable funding for women’s shelters.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
