After five years, the European Humanist Youth Days are finally back. Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, the event will take place virtually throughout October. Young humanists between the ages of 18 and 30 from Europe and around the world are invited to participate in interactive workshops, debates, lectures and networking events. All activities will be held in English.
The kick-off event is on October 2, and the rest of the program is extremely diverse: from virtual workshops on EU policy to interactive workshops on diversity, solidarity and integration to networking meetings, the month-long event offers a broad spectrum for participants. The closing event on October 30 will also be the highlight of the EHYD: there will be a program with speakers and artists live from the Bozar concert hall in Brussels.
The European Humanist Youth Days are organized by our Belgian partner organization deMens.nu, with the support of Young Humanists International .
