This year, we are celebrating World Humanist Day on June 21, 2024 with a major future congress in Berlin.

At the Future Congress “No future? Without us!” at the Futurium in Berlin, we want to address the key topics of education, human rights, AI and climate through lectures, interactive formats and discussions: How do we tackle the global crises of our time and the impending consequences of climate change? How can we shape a fairer society through education? And what can we contribute as humanists?

Many exciting personalities will be looking for answers with us. They include the sociologist and humanist Phil Zuckerman, the transformation researcher Maja Göpel and the philosopher Julian Nida-Rümelin as well as humanists from all over the world. A varied supporting program will round off the day.

The Future Congress and the supporting program will take place on 21 June from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. In the evening, from 18:00, there will also be the opportunity to celebrate life together at a humanist festival in the Tipi am Kanzleramt.

In addition to live music, you can expect an interactive, colorful program and, for all soccer fans, the broadcast of the European Championship match taking place at the same time.
