In future, the HVD Federal Association will provide regular information about its work in a new newsletter. You can now subscribe to our new information service.

With our newsletter, we would like to inform all those interested in humanist topics and the HVD about our work in a compact and regular form. About once a month we report on our positions and activities, important successes and new developments. We provide information on events, exciting dates and new publications. We present the projects of practical humanism, give reading tips on relevant topics and much more.

The first issue of our newsletter is planned for October – so if you would like to receive regular updates on our work, you are welcome to subscribe now at humanismus.de/newsletter. This will keep you up to date without missing out on anything important.

International Women’s Day: Defending the achievements of equal rights

On International Women’s Day, the Humanist Association of Germany reminds us that the progress made towards equality for women cannot be taken for granted. Particularly in times of political and social uncertainty, hard-won rights come under pressure. The association calls for these achievements to be actively defended and for ways to be found to deal with the challenges of the present – without falling back into outdated gender roles.
