The Bertha von Suttner-Studienwerk was founded in 2021 to support committed individuals who identify with a humanistic worldview and its values. A scholarship program provides financial and non-material support to students who strengthen the democratic culture in Germany and promote open social discourse, regardless of political affiliations.
The aim of the Bertha von Suttner-Studienwerk is to close the gap in state scholarship awards in order to provide humanists with the same support as followers of religious communities.
