Critically ill patients are denied access to suicide drugs as a last resort

The Ministry of Health is calling on the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM) to refuse the purchase of drugs for suicide for seriously ill patients, even in extreme cases. This contradicts a ruling by the Federal Administrative Court. The Humanist Association of Germany is calling for harmonization in the interests of the population.
