To support its work, the Federal Executive Board has appointed honorary federal representatives to assist it in determining its position. Their task is to contribute to the content within their subject area.

- Dr. Bruno Osuch: Political Communication
- Olaf Schlunke: History of Humanism
- Sabine Sebayang: Humanistic hospice work
- Sven Thale: Humanistic pastoral care in institutions
