The podcast
“Humanism to go” is a monthly podcast of the Humanist Association of Germany | Federal Association.
Presenter Karina Berg talks to people who live humanism, are actively involved in shaping it or are shaped by humanist values. The focus is on personal stories, social issues and the search for orientation in a complex world.
The podcast shows that humanism is not an abstract theory, but an attitude that shapes our everyday lives, our coexistence and our responsibility for one another.

The team
Karina Berg

Moderation and editing
Karina Berg has been involved in the Humanist Association of Germany for many years and has experience in conducting talks, mediation and humanist educational work. As moderator, she accompanies the conversations and leads through the topics of the podcast.
Tim Eriksson

Editorial management, sound and editing
Tim Eriksson is a theater educator, speaker and media cultural scientist. He specializes in audio production, storytelling and creative communication. For “Humanism to go”, he is responsible for the editorial development and acoustic design of the format.
Karen Metzger

Editing and production
Karen Metzger is Press and Public Relations Officer at the Humanist Association of Germany Lower Saxony. She has many years of experience – including in radio broadcasting. She provides podcast support where it is needed.

Editing and coordination
Franziska Schneider is the Federal Managing Director of the Humanist Association of Germany | Federal Association and supports the strategic and organizational development of the project.
