Time is running out – 2018 marks the 25th anniversary of the founding of the Humanist Association. As an institution with a wealth of practical experience and the largest of its kind in Germany, its members, volunteers and employees in many federal states demonstrate how value-oriented commitment can be lived in a contemporary way. Politically, however, this is still only rarely acknowledged. There are hardly any good reasons for this.
